QuickBooks 2019 s an easy to use tool that can simplify your business’s accounting system. This workshop is designed for the novice QuickBooks user.
In this hands-on workshop, you will define general accounting terms used in bookkeeping, determine your method of bookkeeping; cash or accrual, set up a new company and manage accounts payables and receivables, discover how to invoice customers and set up a payroll system.

Before taking this workshop, you should be familiar with personal computers and the use of a keyboard and a mouse.
This workshop assumes that you have knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and terminology.
This workshop is 2 sessions for a total of 8 hours. The price includes both sessions.
Workshop dates - each session is from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. This class is two (2) Tuesdays in a row.

Registration must be completed ONLINE by October 21st at 3:00 PM. We will NOT have registration at the door.
No one will be admitted to computer workshops later than 10 minutes past the start time.
This training is conducted on PC computers - MAC computers are not used.
Please do not bring your laptops as we cannot offer assistance using them and the exercises used during the workshop cannot be loaded to personal laptops. Each participant will have a PC computer to work on during the workshop.
Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
